Analytics: Data ingestion is not starting for default bucket on RHEL 7.2

1) Initialize the cluster with 1 KV node and default bucket and load 20k docs.
2) Add a cbas node and set it up.

create bucket default_bucket with {"name":"default"};

create shadow dataset default_ds on default_bucket;

connect bucket default_bucket

3) Check for the items count on cbas. Items count is 0.

This is working until build 1933.

OS version is "Linux tmpl-rhel72-20160523 3.10.0-327.el7.x86_64 #1 SMP Thu Oct 29 17:29:29 EDT 2015 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux".

Not sure whether it has to do anything with the OS.
