Eventing: Sending audit events to the audit daemon, when not configured

When enabling the audit daemon, every 5 seconds the "Fetch Drafts" event is being audited. For example:

However I have not configured Eventing, or making use of it in anyway, Therefore I am
not expecting eventing audit events to appear in the audit.log.
