Blocker Description
Install couchbase server 5.5.0-2020 on a centos 7 server.
Initialize node with kv, index and query service.
Create a bucket and load items to bucket.
Run backup via cbbackupmgr.
Install couchbase server on another centos 7 server.
Initialize node with same services (kv, index and query).
cbbackupmgr failed to restore data to cluster
