[AUDITING] N1QL statements no longer being audited

It seems as if n1ql auditing as a whole is broken. I have freshly installed build 5.5.0-2036 and then enabled auditing as well as all query auditing(through the UI, also attempted through REST). Then i created a primary index and a secondary index, when viewing the log only the bucket creation was logged. Please let me know what information you need, it was a fresh install with an empty buckets, the commands I checked were create index and create primary index. I don't have any users created, I am using the Administrator to login.
