Covered unnest scan not marked properly as planning done

As the planner finishes planning for each keyspace reference, it marks it as being done and goes through a process of converting join filters into table filters if this keyspace reference is the only join reference in the join filter.

When an covered unnest scan is done, this process is unintentionally skipped which could result in some join filters not properly utilized for index selection, etc.
