Move decoding of scan results from server to GSI Client to avoid JSON (un)marshalling

Now, we have a way to decode collaejson encoded entries to N1QL value directly. This can be leveraged by moving decode of scan entries from scan pipeline in server to GSI client. This avoid json processing in both server and client. It makes handling of json unsupported types like MISSING and +/- INF better.
