UI: Make version and build numbers always easily viewable

Especially when debugging (and by that I mean filing bugs), I need to refer to the version/build number.  However, often I am on a different page and so need to navigate back to the dashboard in order to see it.

Given that we already have a thin bar across the top where we occasionally put "Dev Build" or "Beta Build", could we move the full version string to be always visible up there instead of as part of the header only on the Dashboard?
