System Test : Rebalance out for an index node hangs

    Description

      Build : 5.5.0-2390

      Rebalance hangs after a few mins when trying to remove an indexer node in the system test.

      In the indexer log for the outgoing node, the following errors can be seen. Not sure if this is what is causing the hang.
