[CX] HttpServer can't handle a subsequent request before the first is handled

    Description

      HTTP specifies that a client can send multiple requests on the same connection and the the server should respond in order. In our server multiple requests are executed in parallel and there is no ordering or the responses.

      The first step could be to report an error if we get multiple requests on a connection before sending a response.
