Eventing error messages inconsistency

Background

When there is an error from the Eventing Service REST API it sends a JSON response which has more informations about the error.

Problem

Some of the response messages are not consistence:

1. When deleting a function that is deployed

   App hasn't been undeployed

2. When deleting a function that does not exist

   Application not deployed

Expectations

The error message should say function and not Application. IF application is correct for it not to be shorten to app. In the second case the error to say the function does not exist.
