[UI] memcached error throws when get expired doc in UI in ephemeral bucket.

    Description

      Install Couchbase Server 5.5.0-2676 on 3 nodes

      Create a bucket0 with --max-ttl set to 60

      Create ephemeral bucket1 with --max-ttl set to 70

      Load 10K docs to both buckets.

      Wait 2 mins. 

      In UI, click on "Document" button in bucket1, it throws out a memcached error saying not supported as in capture screen.
