RBAC error message for community version is misleading

With 5.0.1 community version:

1. create 'default' bucket
2. go to UI and create "Read Only Admin"
3. then login as read only admin and try following query

"create primary index on default"

Expected : Proper error message for available roles for community version
Actual : "User does not have credentials to run index operations. Add role query_manage_index on default to allow the query to run."

Please note that query_manage_index is not available role for community version
