Major Description
We are planning to fix MB-28555 in Alice. We will need a fixed port for eventing debugger so it can be used in docker type situations which is an increasingly common request. Can you please assign one additional port in Vulcan itself, so we can start using it in Alice? I'm requesting this in Vulcan because ns_server may not ship new bits for Alice.
