      Script to Repro

      ./testrunner -i /tmp/upgrade.ini -p get-cbcollect-info=True,upgrade_version=5.1.1-5721 -t newupgradetests.MultiNodesUpgradeTests.offline_upgrade_with_pillowfight,initial_version=4.1.2-6088,items=3000000,nodes_init=3,run_with_views=False

      Steps
      1) created a 3 node cluster on 4.1.2-6088
      2) populated bucket with 3M items
      3) Did a offline upgrade to 5.1.1-5721 using rpm -U

      Couchbase server did not come up.
