[CX] When memcached crashes twice with no mutations in a vbucket entry in between, CBAS rolls back

    Description

      When memcached crashes twice, with no mutations for some vbuckets in between, CBAS rollsback.

      This happens because CBAS picks the vbucket uuid even before any mutations are received for it.
