KV-engine closing DCP connections to eventing due to noop timeout

    Description

      This defect is spin off from defect - MB-29757

      During system tests for Vulcan -  KV-engine is closing dcp connections and high number of DCP connections well 600+.

      Going forward all logs will be attached to this defect.
