      Script to Repro

      ./sequoia -client 172.23.99.156:2375 -provider file:ubuntu_172-23-106.yml -test tests/eventing/test_eventing_volume.yml -scope tests/eventing/scope_eventing_volume.yml -scale 1 -repeat 0 -log_level 0 -skip_setup=false -skip_test=false -skip_teardown=true -skip_cleanup=false -continue=false -collect_on_error=false -stop_on_error=false -duration=0

      This test failed in the step 2 where we do kv rebalance out of 2 nodes. Rebalance failed with following error.
