Tombstone should have a valid time in expiry field to be deleted

Tombstones have the time of deletion in the expiry field, so that the compactor won't purge items whose delete time is within the configured purge interval. In the compactor, we need to check if the expiry field has a valid delete time value before checking for purge_before_ts.
