Upgrade embedded jsonsl in subjson

    Description

      The JSON streaming parser used for subdoc is contained in the couchbase/subjson repo. subjson depends on https://github.com/mnunberg/jsonsl as the underlying JSON lexer; and embeds a snapshot of jsonsl from Mark's repo inside subjson.

      The embedded version of jsonsl dates from Dec 2015. Since then a number of bug fixes and performance improvements have been made to the upstream. Upgrade to the latest stable version; checking that we don't regress anything in subdoc.
