    Description

      Need to add couchbase-cli support for XDCR Advanced Filtering design doc

      This requires to change couchbase-cli xdrc-replicate --settings to:
      1. Take a filter though the --filter-expresion flag
      2. Add a new flag --filter-skip-restream

      Also couchbase-cli xdrc-replicate should show the filter expresion if one exists
