Couchbase Web Console needs to be "alternate address" aware

    Description

      Couchbase Server 5.5 (Vulcan) adds new configuration options in support of having NAT between the cluster and external clients. Example environments are Cloud deployments, Kubernetes, Docker networked systems and even custom NAT between customer environments.

      We need to add support for alternate name and alternate port resolution even in Web Console.  This is a node setting.
