Ingestion: Items in cbas is much less than items in KV after NC reboot and ingestion is also interrupted.

Steps:
1. Initialize the cluster with 1 KV and 2 cbas node.
2. Create a default bucket.
3. Setup cbas:

create bucket default_bucket with {"name":"default"};

create shadow dataset default_ds on default_bucket;

create index NoName on default_ds(profession:string,number:bigint);

4. connect bucket and disconnect after 2s.
5. Load 20k docs in default bucket.
6. connect bucket default_bucket
7. Reboot NC node. Not sure at this step whether the ingestion is in progress or completed.
8. After NC is up, check the items in analytics. The count is 9970.
9. Wait for ingestion to complete. But No. of items in CBAS dataset default_ds stuck at: 14281 and never reached 20,000.
