Debian: After reboot the only cbas node in the cluster all the cbas setup is cleaned up.

      Passing on CentOS

      Steps:
      1. Create a cluster with 2 nodes: KV, CBAS
      2. Create default travel-sample bucket, load data, setup cbas as follows:

      create bucket travel with {"name":"travel-sample"};
      		 
      create shadow dataset travel_ds on travel;
      		 
      connect bucket travel;

      3. Check the items in cbas.
      4. Reboot cbas node and check cbas. Bucket, Dataset everything is cleaned. It becomes a fresh analytics cluster.
