log timed out and errored mutations in a separate file

If a function times out or errors out(i.e, no enclosing try-catch block at the top level), capture the payload(doc in the case of OnUpdate; and docid in the case of OnDelete) in a separate log file. 

As of now, if the function is called 'check_txn_attributes', then the application specific log file(check_txn_attributes.log) does not capture the mutations that were timedout or errored. Create a check_txn_attributes*.err* file that captures these mutations at the same location as app log file.

Follow the same rules of log rotation and truncation as that of the application log file.
