New index stat for number of items skipped due to errors

When creating an index, documents are skipped if evaluating the index keys throws an error (e.g. an "Out of range" error on array_range). This is expected behaviour, but it would be useful to add a stat to the index section in the web UI for "Number of documents skipped due to errors". This would help users check for this kind of problem in complex indexes.
