Index building shows no drain rate even though items are passing through it

Not sure if this is an issue with the indexer stats themselves or with ns_server/UI picking them up, but see the attached screenshot.  Prior to 5.5.0, this same workload shows a steady drain rate, whereas now in 5.5.0 the drain rate is 0 which makes it seem like no progress is being registered even though it is.
