      Test : -test tests/integration/test_allFeatures_alice.yml -scope tests/integration/scope_Xattrs_Alice.yml
      Scale : 3
      Iteration : 1st

      Rebalance of KV nodes is stuck and not making progress since 28+ hours now.

      Steps in the test where it is stuck:
