CLONE - Analytics information missing from couchbase cli docs

As noted in the comment in MB-29999, the newly added java home parameter is missing from the Couchbase CLI documentation.  I subsequently noticed that (nearly?) all of the analytics configuration information is absent from the docs.  Using this issue to track updating the Couchbase CLI docs with all analytics-related info.

Here is a list of subcommands docs that need updating:

• node-init --node-init-java-home
• node-init --node-init-analytics-path
• cluster-init --services
• cluster-init --cluster-analytics-ramsize
• setting-cluster --cluster-analytics-ramsize
