Discrepancy in vb_replica_curr_items and curr_items_tot in build 6.5.0-1321

Daily perf tests are failing due to mismatch in number of loaded items vs actual items (from stats) 

This seems to be due to discrepancy in replica items . Here is a sample stats from one of the performance tests on 6.5.0-1335 build . 

Number of replica items is way less than Active items . Please look into this issue .
