Eventing consumer not getting cleaned when we delete metadata bucket

    Description

      Build: 6.0.0-1684

      • create 2 node cluster 1-kv 1-eventing
      • create and deploy handler with the cron timers
      • delete metadata bucket
      • eventing consumer are not getting cleaned even after function got undeployed (getRunningApps shows handler is undeployed)

      ./testrunner -i b/resources/4-nodes-vikas.ini -t  eventing.eventing_negative.EventingNegative.test_src_metadata_and_dst_bucket_delete_when_eventing_is_processing_mutations,nodes_init=4,services_init=kv-eventing-index-n1ql,dataset=default,groups=simple,reset_services=True,skip_cleanup=True
