    Description

      Problem

      There can be problems where DCP mutations do not get sent. When this happens the DCP stream will stay open and the consumer will look like it's hanging.

      Expectation

      When the DCP consumer sets a snapshot end, then it should also have options to set a timeout on the mutation.
