[CX] Investigate handling of non-tree plans in rewrite rules

Some queries produce DAG-shaped query plans (using the replicate operator). So far the replicate operator is always introduced in the physical optimization. Some optimizer additions (like index-only plans) would introduce DAG-shaped plans earlier. We need to investigate how optimizations that are applied after the introduction of DAG-shaped plans are affected by the change in shape.
