    Description

      Cbcollect_info started failing after the latest merge commits from Vulcan and Alice to master with the following error:

      [2018-11-08T14:36:54.838513-03:00] Couldn't read server guts. Using some default values.
      		 
      [2018-11-08T14:36:54.838880-03:00] I/O error(2): No such file or directory
