      • Add collection name/id and scope name/id to index definition and persist in MetadataStore
      • May need to enable forestdb autocompaction for MetadataStore(as large number of indexes can lead to lot more mutations on
        the MetadataStore)
      • Add collection level methods to the Topology interface?
