Current Blackduck scan shows google/breakpad version: 20181004-snapshot-315d1368 license as "unknown". The license file itself has 2 parts, the first part of the license file clearly show it's "BSD 3-clause "New" or "Revised" License". The 2nd part of the license would need Legal review if it's ok to use it as "BSD 3-clause "New" or "Revised" License"
