      Proposal

      Add a new configuraton variant for KV-Engine which sets up the "worst" environment:

      • Config settings so edge-cases occur more frequently
      • Always enable functionality which is normally occasional (cursor dropping, compaction etc).

      Thoughts:

      • Start in unit-tests - triggered via top-level config setting / env-var?
      • Make it global or per-bucket? Global might be more interesting in terms of interactions.
      • Expand out to QE tests - need way for them to enable - ns_server?
