Expose compression ratio stats for XDCR

Right now we do have compression set up for XDCR, which is great for saving network traffic and sending more data over the wire. However as statistical data goes it would be great to expose the compression rate in which the documents has been compressed in, as an indicator of how much are we saving over the wire.
