[BP] - "Time Interval" checkbox disabled on initial page load.

    Description

      On the initial page load for the Auto-Compaction page the `Time Interval` checkbox is not responsive to being selected.

      URI : 'http://10.111.180.102:8091/ui/index.html#!/settings/autoCompaction'.

      However if you unset either of the checkboxes selected by default ( Database / View - Fragmentation ) then the `Time Interval` checkbox becomes responsive.
