Description
If user objects are created and deleted a tombstone is left behind. Over time if many temporary users are created and then deleted, it's conceivable that it would eventually result in a non-trivial memory leak in ns_server.
We should purge these tombstones or move to another config (such as a strongly consistent user configuration store) that doesn't need to keep the tombstones around.
