Eventing: Allow N1QL DELETE in OnUpdate and N1QL UPDATE in OnDelete

    Description

      As a first foray into SBM with N1QL, could we allow DELETE in the update function and UPDATE in the delete function since they won't cause any recursion with each other?  This would make a small set of use cases easier.
