cbcollect_info failing in mad-hatter build 6.5.0-2573

cbcollect_info is failing in linux server with below error starting from 6.5.0-2573 build . Please take a look.

Probably related to below code change 

ns_server changed from 22309c5337ad2ff94b098c2027e0104eefc9938f to master [+] 95f808c CBD-2894, MB-32978: Convert cbcollect_info to Python 3.
