[CX] Allow Retrieval of Failed To Process Documents Per Dataset

    Description

      Currently when a failure is encountered while evaluating a dataset filter on a document, we log the key of that document in the log file. Users won't be aware of this unless they check the logs. We need to add a way for users to get this information per dataset.
