    Description

      Install Couchbase server 6.5.0-2916 CE on 2 centos 7.6 servers.
      Initialize node 224 with kv service only.
      Create bucket bucket0
      Add node 225 with services: kv, index, n1ql to cluster 224.
      Rebalance. Rebalance failed with error:
