Sizing requirement: Understand resource profile of KV rebalance

Summary

One of the Robust Rebalance P0 Sizing requirement is to understand resource profile of KV rebalance in terms of the 4 key resources – IOPS, CPU, RAM, Network Utilization.

Proposal

Generate a model of the producers and consumers in the system, and use this to better understand how rebalance effects the system - where the potential bottlenecks lie, and where throttles could be applied.

Provide customers with a rebalance guideline document, which describes the model and combines it with some empirical analysis to educate our customers how increased resource reduces the time for rebalance.
