XDCR Additional Error Log file

In lieu of XDCR MH’s Advanced Filtering feature, the team is anticipating that there may be potential unforeseen filtering errors and would like to have a separate log file to store these errors, such that the error log file will not be rolled over as often as the actual information log. With this special error log, other XDCR errors can also be considered candidates to be put there to avoid difficulties when debugging customer issues.

Would like to ask for the team to provide us a functionality for the new error log.

An alternate proposal is to ask ns_server to provide a location/path to goxdcr process during start-up, and let goxdcr manage its own separate error log as long. Of course, there should be predetermined contracts on the log file sizes, max number of files, etc.
