ns_server service not starting on ipv6 box

Details

    Description

      Install CB Server on ipv6 machines and start the server. 

      I am using fqdn for this test.

      ns_server exits here:

      Ipv6 is enabled the following way - https://github.com/couchbase/testrunner/blob/94a2e13353d29c5a010357250e412cb0a7088f16/lib/remote/remote_util.py#L2103
