Default Query temp disk quota should be set based on total disk size

      Related bug: MB-30642

      The Query temp disk space is required for backfill of the scan results (to avoid blocking indexer if indexer is fast and query is slow).

      Advanced Query Settings on couchbase UI exposes setting to decide Query Temp Disk Path and its Quota. The default Quota is 5 GB.

      If the query service is running on a node with very small disk, 5 GB can be very large quota to have. Default temp disk quota should be dynamically set based on the total/available disk space on the nodes running query service.
