[BP MB-34242] - Ensure N1QL timeout in eventing is tied to handler timeout

    Description

      Currently, N1QL timeout is set at default, which is 75 seconds. This may not be sufficient for all queries to run to completion. Ensure Handler timeout is the default N1QL timeout, not 75s.
