Description
Our Windows installers have four-part version numbers, eg. 6.5.0.1234. Windows Installer, however, only treats three parts as relevant when deciding whether to perform an upgrade.
The upshot is that if you install 6.5.0-1234 and then later install 6.5.0-1235, it will not uninstall 6.5.0-1234 and you end up with two versions both "installed". Worse, you can only uninstall one of them; the second will error out and roll back when you uninstall.
