FTS WebUI: syntax help isn't available from the initial search page

    Description

      When performing FTS searches via the Web UI, the link being discussed on MB-34159 appears on the results page, but not the initial search page.

      The user has to guess at a query to get to the results page where the help is available.

      It would make much more sense for users to find the syntax help on the search page, rather than the results page, but both would be best.
